This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Livy & Mae London, operated by Nienanie, a business registered in the Netherlands, serving customers within the United Kingdom.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As an international retailer, return addresses may be located outside the United Kingdom.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
